Board Upgrade

Hey y'all, it took two days, but the board is now upgraded to the long-awaited, newfangled phpBB3.

I'm not sure what kind of features are included, but I hope you like 'em. The most important feature, in my view, is enhanced user administration which will hopefully allow self-registration and make it easier for me to delete spam accounts.

I'll look at customizing the look to be more Califoney in the near future.

Thanks for the upgrade! I like the functionality so far, and the change in layout is a nice change of pace. Any ETA on a color scheme implementation? I mean, I like the white and blue as much as the next guy, just want my black and brown back...

Believe me, I know. I really don't like the generic color scheme, but so far, I haven't found anything that I really like.

No rush. Find one that you think we would dig. Maybe even a *gasp* vote for a scheme? Do what you will. I always appreciate your work keeping this place running...
