september 15 2000, God and Jason's holiday

when I was thirteen years old, I did'nt have any friends, and on september 15, 2000 I watched the sunset all alone and broke down and cried thanking God for something so beautiful and peaceful, it's been a personal holiday that I invite you all to celebrate with me, I knew that even though I was all alone in the world God would provide for me and he has.

two years later a band called Godspeed You! Black Emperor came out with an album with the first two tracks are called 09-15-00, the same night I watched the sunset, kinda a coincidence.

you can download the album here.

no lyrics, just 20min. long tracks that start off quiet than build up and get real loud, it's very spirirtual to me.
