:D Just got home from the first of the two Empty Bottle shows. Excellent show, Jim Becker joined in at the end for a few songs. Don't have a set list but very similar to last year's Hideout performance with a couple of different things.

They played roughly 95 minutes tonight. I scribbled down the set list, and some stage banter, but I need to sleep now. I will share it all after I awake and get coffee.

It was a great show.

Both nights were great - they played a song, third from the end I think that I didn't recognize-long jam at the end...awesome. Anyone know what that was?

I don't know if anyone was recording last night. I shot a few seconds of video during "Loving Cup," until my camera ran out of memory. I took some photos, too, but I was trying to be present for the experience and not expend too much energy trying to document. That being said, I did scribble down some notes and the set list.

Set list
Chinese Balls
Rusted Water
Stained & Lit
All Tied
Carpet of Horses
Chain Chain Chain
Oxtail
Rosewood, Wax, Voltz + Glitter
Braindead
Airstream Driver
Idiot Son
Sulfur
Words [Low]
Gauze
Funeral Songs (a new Califone song--I might have misheard Tim mumbling the title)
There's a Star Above The Manger Tonight
Comes
Loving Cup [Rolling Stones]

More details and banter to follow later today. I need more coffee now.

It must have been Funeral Songs I was thinking of. Great song, I have a few photos too, plus a review out of the Tribune from night one that I think pretty well captured what happened.
