That could be a copy of 'Knub U Knive' as well, which would fit their description. The listing doesn't specify the number of tracks. Knub has 10 tracks total. My copy is a CD-R with different handmade artwork, for what its worth.

Confirmed. We (Perishable) never officially pressed Knub, we made them in the studio for show sale only.

And just to close the loop on this subject, there have been 3 performances of Stones material. The first one is Knub. The second one happened at a private party at Hideout in Chicago where Knub was recorded. We didn't record that one, and I don't think there is boot of it. It wasn't nearly as good as the Knub performance. The 3rd performance was outside at a Hideout blockparty and was only (I think) 6 or 7 tunes. Somewhere here is thread that talks about it and mentions "a few new faces on stage". One was me, playing the Ben role, while Ben pretended he was Joe. Until Ben moved out front to sing one number (Bitch? I think so, since Ben sings "Bitch" on Knub...) and I slide behind the kit.
"how was that take?"

"it sucked...c'mon in..."
