The Earl, Atlanta Nov. 16 setlist

Unread postby gs » Fri Nov 17, 2006 3:19 pm

Not quite in order in the middle, but here's an attempt at Atlanta's setlist from the Earl last night:

Our Kitten Sees Ghosts
3 Legged Animals
When Leon Spinks Moved Into Town
Fisherman's Wife
Michigan Girls
Slow Rt Hand
The Orchids
Eye You Lost In the Crusades
Spider's House
Rose Petal Ear
Pink and Sour
Don't Let Me Die Nervous
Bottles and Bones

Awesome show. Jim broke lots of strings and everybody conjured up plenty of perfect chaos. The Judy Green joined for horns and keys for about half the set. Birmingham tonight.

So is anybody taping?

Did you see any tapers at this show (Atlanta?) I covered Knoxville, should be up on dime early next week (or possibly this week, depends on my much I get done tonight.)

PS. I'm trying to figure out who taped Birmingham, I've got alot of friends down that way so I'm making some calls.

No audio tapers that I saw. Some folks up front were filming parts of the show on a handheld camera.

I didn't see tapers at Birmingham, either, but I tried to stay close to the stage and stay out of earshot of the chattering hipsters. Didn't see what was happening further back.

the handheld camera folks came through on youtube... the channel is "vacantmoon" and a search for "califone chicago" pulls up several of the songs.

apologies if this has already been posted, or if there was a better thread to mention this...
